As a liverpool fan, I feel Bill Shankley should really be no.1 or 2, just an awesome awesome manager. Wenger should be higher. He spends very little money and still gets a side that challenges for the Premiership, and makes fanatastic bargains that puts the rest to shame.

i have absolutely no idea why guy roux is not on that list

wnger above sacchi a bit weird imo, but then it is an english newspaper, and he manages in the epl.
and o'neill not in their, whilst sven is, is crap (again imo).

why so far sven best achievements (lazio) came at the cost of cirio going bankrupt, apart from that what great achievements has he reached? a good start with man city? a 'great' period of english football?
