No way Wenger should be top 10 and where is Steve Tilson man has changed the face of Southend football with 2 promotions 2 cup final in 3 successive seasons and then relegation last year. Surely deserves a place amongst the world's best...

Oh and another thing we have a 100% record against Man Utd. Not many Managers can boast that...

Easily the best manager in the business.
