Bob Paisley also made a massive impression on me as a kid cause his Liverpool side were so dominant and did well in Europe too.
These lists are a semi-interesting read, is all and i'd put Wenger at the top of list like this as well tbh

It's an all-time list though, and it is not only about English football.
If it was a Top 10 or 20 list of current managers, he surely should be in.
But he shouldn't be in the top 10 of an all-time list of managers.
