yes, and yes, but then rom often take decent/good/great coaches and do crap with them so its not really that suprising.

Is/was their board impatient?

Because Bianchi usually needs some time to make the team play the way he likes, but some boards will expect success in the short term...

I think this was also his problem when he managed Atlético de Madrid.
