Carlos Bianchi won more Libertadores titles (5 titles) than any other manager.
He took Vélez to win the Libertadores title in 1994 (beating Telê Santana's São Paulo in the final) and then the Intercontinental Cup, where his Vélez beat Milan 2-0.
Carlos Bianchi is better than Felipão, for example, in my opinion. And surely better than Parreira. But Bianchi never won a WC and he never wanted to manage Argentina. </BLOCKQUOTE>
? i said he was deservedly on the list. in other words that not putting him there would be wrong.

I know, but I was referring to the part "I don't like him".
It's impossible not to like or admire him. |

They are (this is why I said "like or admire"), and he is admired here even though many people hate him, as he always win titles over Brazilian teams (and in Brazilian territory). |
