whiplash is one of those things that can't be proven by a doctor.
i'm sure i've heard that. it can't be foud by xray,or bruising/lascerations to the skin.
so you could say that it's stopped you from doing this and that and really ham it up and get as much as you can from it.
£3500 is what my mum got about 6-7 years ago. Make sure you go to the doctor ASAP and try and get him to make you go to physiotherapy - that makes it look a lot better.

Mate is about to get just shy of £2,500 for his claim. Was in the back of a taxi on the way home fro ma night out. He did actually get injured though & couldn't work for ages so it's not like he is milking it.
