1. How did i contradict myself? I think cases such as child porn,actual pedophelia etc all deserve tough sentences in prison. When did i say otherwise?

Well it's fundementally wrong (downloading of kids getting abused and so forth) and not punishing people by putting them in prison will i would imagine be more than likely to encourage more perverts to think that they can do this kind of thing and get away with it.

Harsh sentences will hopefully put as many of these sickos off doing it as possible...that is just my view and if you dont agree with it then fine but dont slate me for having my views ok....we are all entitled to different views arent we.

The crimes are not nice, but slamming everyone in jail, not matter what the degree of the offence is, is just stupid and highly unworkable.

Arent there 5 kind of stages of severity in this kind of thing and im pretty sure Langham downloaded the nastiest stuff there is availible, i.e stage 5...so yes i think he does deserve a longish sentence...but yes i can accept your views that it should be based on severity and when i was making my point i was talking about stage 5 kind of images.
