It's about 3 years old I think and may have been on here that I first saw it.
The game involved you founding a music label upon which you'd then sign artists and bands, sending them out on tour, getting them to record songs for singles and albums, doing promotional work, etc.
At their gigs, you could then choose how much money was spent on lighting and the stage itself in order to put on a professional show and what not.
The game itself was free and played off-line but cannot think of the name of it for the life of me! Any help would be greatly appreciated
