Because we only own his registration, not the player. Sucked in by all the McCabe bluster, pomp and wrongness?

Bloody hell, we're bidding for everyone. If even half of the reported interest is true, we've probably fired out bids totalling hundreds of millions so far this summer.

My thoughts.
Strikers - I don't like losing Harewood without a replacement. Not even sure the guy wanted to go. We are unsure about Tevez and Ashton's fitness. That leaves us with Zamora and C F-ing Cole. Not good. No matter how much money we splash, no one any good is going to go to West Ham to sit on the bench behind Tevez and Ashton. So at most, we will get one new striker. I can't see any established PL striker going to West Ham that I would actually want there (Bellamy, Defoe, etc).
Back Line - With Upson back in and everyone else fit, I think we have a decent back line. Upson, Collins, AF and Gab can fight over the 2 defender spots. Our backs are well enough for now. Spector can play any spot on the back line including left back. Maybe not a great backline, but hopefully good enough for now. If Konch is off, we have no one that isn't better in a different position to fill at left back.
Midfield - The reason we almost went down. The best news of the year is NRC leaving and Parker coming in. Looks to be LBM noble parker ? at the moment as Yossi had his turned and must relish sitting on the bench at Liverpool. We need more depth here and a true right mid. Neither Yossi or Bowyer are really any good on the right. I honestly would like to see what Pants can do on the right, he seems to have speed and an engine. He is never going to be a decent right back. If Matty is off, then we have no depth at all on the left.
So, I think we need at least 1 more quality center mid, 1 quality right mid and a decent backup that can play left or right mid. If Tevez goes, we need 1 quality striker and 1 backup (harewood just fine for that I think). If tevez stays, we still need to replace Harewood.

| I concur.
I see us needing a centre forward, a left and right winger, anda left back. Possibly another central midfielder as well. How good is Noble starting going to be?

Yeah, I was starting to get really excited by his play towards the end of the season. The first season up didn't give him much action and I thought that was a little tough on him after the promotion season, but it's certainly worked out for the best.
I really wouldn't like to see Nolan come to us either. Him and Parker in the middle wouldn't give us the potential to play the counter-attacking game the rest of the team was built around.

There's nothing else you need, so if you are abiding by the rules then there is no need to come to any agreement with MSI. Of course you're not, so an agreement is needed. And "bitter mong" Like you lot wouldn't be doing EXACTLY the same if the comission had decided to deduct points.
