Oh man. Neill, Cahill and Tevez in the same team. Even just the thought gets me sweaty.

The thing about Benayoun, though, is that he really seems to contribute to the type of football that brought us success in the first season up, and towards the end of the season just passed. He's such an important part of the counter-attacking game that I'd worry if he were sold on. As much as Eggert will get some more players in, we should still be trying to get back to a similar style of play.

i actually wouldn't mind if he left, but we should accept anything less than £7m for him.

He's a very good player, but he does go missing in matches an awful lot.

I'd love the stories about Cahill to be true. He's one of the most underrated players in the premiership. A midfield of him and Parker would be fb

Surely that breaks the whole '3rd party' rule yet again?

Yeah, nah. From what I can gather we unilaterally decided to remove the clause that said Kia could decide when he would move, he had no say in it. If we now say to him, "no, he's ours, **** off" I think we'll be in a tad more trouble with some breach of contract type stuff. You don't just get a player for nothing.

Anyway, apparently it'll cost about 9 million in wages and fees to MSI.

Anyone worried by the Arbitration? I think it'll all be fine, but I have an irrational sense of fear despite that.
