I have a Sony Ericsson k750i. Last night it turned itself off, now everytime i turn it on either just a white screen appears or the phone turns on but you cant do anything on it. Does it sound just about f**ked and time to get a new one, or does it sound like something specific that can just be replaced?

My brother has/had a Sony Ericcson w300i up until last night when a similar thing happened.

I spoke to him on the phone then later when we bumped into each other on MSN he said as soon as I ended the call his phone went all white and refused to do anything.

He's got a new phone. He doesn't know why it just randomly did this.

It's a screen problem, if the phone is still able to take and make calls then there is nothing wrong with it.

Looking maybe around £50 to replace a screen. Last time this happen on my Nokia CPWH quoted me £80 + service charge so I got a new phone instead.

Happened to one of my brothers iirc and it was just fcuked. Get a new one imo.
