And what wooze said. Stoddart made an application to return to F1 as 'European Minardi F1 team Ltd' Last I heard he was trying to enter a Minardi team in champ car in the states.

He's managed to enter one, they aren't doing badly either, as Robert Doornbos has won a couple of races and is 3rd in the championship. There's also a Minardi team in GP2, partially run by Giancarlo Minardi, who aren't doing that well.
