The MotoGP 2007 Thread - Rossi to bounce back?
Doesnt appear to be a thread already (i searched 'motogp 2007' and 'moto gp 2007' and didnt find anything). so with the first race next weekend its about time there was one!
First race is next week in Qatar, coverage on the BBC:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/moto...es/4805050.stm
I predict a Pedrosa v Rossi fight for the title this year
That said with the switch to 800cc theres room for a few more Elias style suprises
Oh yeah and Autosport are offering more coverage this year too:

Damn right it deserves a thread.
I can't wait for this season to kick off.
I think your right in that Rossi and Pedrosa will be battling it out, The new bikes are likely to favour the riding styles of those who have come up through motogp on 2 strokes rather than those who have moved to motogp from the four strokes of superbikes.
I will be interested to see if any other teams come to the front after the rule changes.

Bayliss sucked in GP.
The usual 'mon Rossi, but I also have a feeling that Pedrosa will race away with this chamionship and Suzuki will cause a few surprises.

Its about time that they did!
I think that Hayden will be close again, but to be fair you can't look beyond Rossi, as he's proved time and again.

Rossi should win hands down this year. Didnt get the luck when he needed it last year and he still came close to winning the Title. The 2 falls at either end of the season pretty much cost him it.
Rossi, Hayden and Pedrosa
Thats how I think the season will finish. Although, in the Mcn Paper, reports are saying Hayden is off the pace by 2 or 3 seconds. Which is worrying considering its so close to the 1st Race.
