Right, a friend of mine has spent the past 5-6 months in hospital and a rehab centre after a debilitating illness. He's ok now but while in the rehab centre he met a student physio and they got on etc, turns out she likes him but can't get involved as she thinks she will be struck off for being involved with a patient (past or present).

Now, good people of OTF, is this the truth or just head ****ery from a woman?

One would guess that his interest is a lot stronger than hers and she's just being nice without telling him that he's dull and smells of cabbage (or whatever the reasons are).

Could be Docker but is there any legal problems which might actually mean she's telling the truth.

One would assume that legally there's isn't much of an issue, it would be more of a client/ patient ethics situation.

I know the GMC rules ban doctor-patient relationships, so I wouldn't be surprised if there was something equivalent for physios. It would make sense.
