Yeah, as Retro said, I`m a head greenkeeper, so in two weeks time my hours change to 8am till 2pm for 6 months Then on really bad days I just go home as there is nothing to do at all !

The long nights don`t bother me too much as I do precious little in the summer at night, let alone winter. The days are fine as long as its not ****ing down, which is miserable, especially in december when it gets light about 9am and dark by 2:30pm on an overcast day.

But the frotsy days more than make up for it, for me, as cold and frosty is my favourite weather condition.
