Bit of uppage needed I think.
I ran about 8k today, and am feeling fine afterwards. Got the cancer research T-shirt that I have to run in a few days ago, it's bright turqoise and really shows up the sweat. I looked like I'd been in a wet T-shirt contest when I'd finished.  | |
