And I remember watching Michael Owen at France98 as a 7 year old kid! He was everyones hero. He'll still always be that little 18 year old

We may not have had 3D gaming (well Elite was sort of 3d) but it's all iterative. To us, many games were fresh ideas and so we had the Wow! factor on a reasonably regular basis.

Had I been born four minutes later then I would have been in the year below at school, which really would have changed my life entirely as I'd not have met a single one of the friends that I have now.

And given that I'm happy with my lot friendswise, I think that those four minutes were quite great.

i wasorn august 1967 which meant i was 5 when rangers won the cwc all my brothers were in barcelona for the game i was so jealous! also scotland always qualified for the world cup finals which got me started on the whole going to the pub thing to watch games i now own a pub & never miss a live game for the atmosphere. oh & girls in leotards & leggings got me started on the breast time of my life wink wink say no more! tv shows fawlty towers 2 ronnies morcambe & wise cartoons danger mouse & tom & jerry road runner & bugs foghorn leghorn in fact anything from that co who made them (cant remember name)
