Jeez, not one of your jokes is it? Hope everything's alright mate. </BLOCKQUOTE>

Just need a final CT scan. But due to post-op swelling that gets aggravated by movement I'm having to keep delaying it. It's finally starting to go down soon, so insh'allah it'll be done fairly quickly.

My Dad had breast cancer. Obviously it's pretty rare in guys, but he was one of the unlikely cases (google it if you don't believe me )

It led to a pretty tough year. He had several operations and extensive courses of radiotherapy. Thankfully that's nowhere near as bad as chemotherapy, but it has the same sorts of side-effects (fatigue, low mood, feeling sick etc). He has a big chunk of his chest missing now, but made a complete recovery.

Sorry to hear that FBT. I'm going into hospital to have a lymph node removed from my neck in a few weeks as my ENT doc has told me it's possibly enlarged due to lymphoma. Needless to say I'm bricking it, mate.

I wouldn't sweat it, lymphoma has probably the best cure rate. Long as it doesn't spread it's easy to deal with. Even if it does spread, it's still fairly easy to zap.

Well she's out of the operation and awake, they will have her back for tests in two weeks to see if they got the whole lot of it.

Thanks for the well wishes.
