After another successful season for the OTF crew, with most getting promoted to amateur i present to you the season 5 thread.

Last season we decided to move all the data and other important information onto a separate forum for security. I think the general feeling that it worked very well. You are free to join, as long as you can prove you are infact an OTFer.

That should be taken with a pinch of salt btw. There are exceptions to the rule which have so far been unexplained.

Also there is a concessous (sp) of opinion (which I am not sure about) that Talent is less important and Stamina needs to be higher. You also (in my opinion) need to build your driver motivation up as that helps (in my opinion again )

Unfortunately, a reasonable wage for rookie is in the 2-3Mill range, but that is because there is a limit of 'good' drivers and a whole lot more managers chasing them.

I'd suggest going for a driver in between 50 and 100 for aggressiveness in Amateur.
