Started on dry tyres with wet settings and was running 15th after around 60%-70% chose dry tyres to start.
Possibly the right choice as those wet tyres will be well worn already by that dry spell.

i plummeted from 4th to 14th over these dry laps, and only four cars ahead of me have pitted :/:/
