You have a little over 3.5 hours to get your driver offers in place in order to hope to have a driver for the first race.

YKY , i would bring in someone really ***** for 1 race or you will end up paying a ridiculous salary. My Driver ( who got me promoted from rookie and i kept all through Amateur last year ) is now being pain over $4m by some clown.

I used my insomnia last night to trawl through the driver market.

Got 2 offers in place for drivers who meet promotion criteria - each contract to last 12 races. I did only have one offer set for Morbidelli but another manager came in after me so i've got my backup set.

I thought about doing the awful driver thing for the opening races until I checked my group's staff. Around 60% of the managers in my group have 2-4 race contracts for their drivers. If that's quite a general approach across Rookie then the market is still going to be flooded with offers. Hence a 12 race contract on a driver that SHOULD be more than capable to get my promoted by Race 13.


Oh, and my salary offers aren't going to go over $2m :thup:
