My driver in rookie last year cost me £3.5m a race, which was a lot, but he won 11 out of the 14 races he drove for me, and the other 3 I short fuelled him.

Basically, there's no point in spending a small amount if it isn't gonna get you promoted. An excellent driver >>>>>>>> spending a small amount.

Motivation >100 and Stamina >50 helps in all cases IMO.

Is there a good race setup/strategy standard to use or is it just trial and error?

Register on the other forum and copy someone else's. Then use your drivers comments to get yours closer to the optimum set up.

So, a lad from Rookie 10 (Conor Swain) finished 17th last season with 5 points. Yet somehow he's ended up in Amateur 1.

How does someone end up promoting from 17th position in a Rookie group?!
