anyone think thsi is a good idea i posted on the forums?

I personally would make it so that if a driver gets a manager promoted from rookie one season, the following season that specific driver isnt allowed to race in rookie. They become Inactive for rookies. Thus stopping the same drivers being bought season in season out.

Of course you will have to sort all the stupid prices for the 1000's of drivers below 79 that no one will touch. It would make so much more sense having people fight over a 1000 of the same drivers than 20-50 of the drivers that get managers promoted every year.

I think it would add complexity where none is required tbh?

PLUS - my driver got me promoted back in Season 3 and is only just about to drop down below 86 O/A, therefore most of the time this rule wouldn't be used anyway...
