As an Ohhh Teeee Effer I think we should make a point of recruiting only amateurs, because a lot of our amateurs (potentially including those of us "experienced" amateurs) are going to struggle for points this year. In a big way.

The topic about the ridiculous transfer system has come about again..! All the good drivers asking for like 3million this season. It surely only going to get worse.

Dont make me start with that Demad & Supply talk again, I still try to forget all of that rubbish.

I think the system is OK but does need a tweak not a major overhaul.

I think he was talking about you doing mine not his and anyway, how many points did you score in Amateur last season. I believe the answer is that I scored 'considerably more than yoww'.

I agree Gordon. To be honest I think something like the stats & demands of the drivers just above the "bubble" (and below 80 O/A) need to drop quicker?

A simple IF statement should suffice, such as after every transfer window: (all figures used purely for illustration)

Normal Situation - Driver's Wage drops 10%. Driver loses enough stats to drop 1 O/A.

IF driver is between 86 - 95 O/A - Driver's wage drops 10%. Diver loses enough stats to drop 2 O/A.

IF driver is below 80 O/A - Driver's wage drops 20%. Driver loses enough stats to drop 1 O/A.

Would it not make a bit more sense that any team can have a driver no matter what O/A. To do this each division has a much higher starting fund and the better rated the driver the higher the wage demands.

Thus it would all be even unless someone wants to spend their whole rookie 30 million on a driver.
