Hmm, I remember driving past that street on that night and seeing the police there.
Hartlepool's not the nicest of places but that is one of the worst parts of town (in fact they were pulling the houses down around that area when I was there last). I'm quite sure the name Anthony Anderson rings a bell too. Oh dear.
At least I've moved now.
