I also got my current chair off them (if it's not the same design, it's as near as damn it). Good few years ago now and it's still pretty much as good as new. Delivery time was fine, although i can't remember exactly how long it took.

You can get one for less in Argos and not have to worry about being in when they deliver

i would imagine the chair tilts back slightly rather than just the back rest considering the arm rests are attached to the seat and the backrest.

that's what it's like for mine. unfortuantely i didn't pay attention to the chair measurements (depth of seat from where it attaches to the back rest to the front) and it's extremely uncomfortable because it's too deep
