I logged into my Cyber Nations account while in an Internet Cafe in Corfu but, no, I've never been on OTF while away.

OTF is very much a boredom reliever... and it's only very mild relief at that.

Yeah Rhodes old Town is a fantastic little place, fantastic seafood restaurants and good for shopping.

You're right about the place though. Recommended if you like that sort of thing.
| Rhodes Town has the lot though. People who want to enjoy a nice place to eat and drink can go to the old town... but there are clubs, casinos etc in the New Town too. Only downside is that the beaches around the town aren't the best.
I've been there three times now... it's the place me and the missus go when we just want to have a week chilling. </BLOCKQUOTE>
Don't care about beaches, bars, clubs or casinos. Got all that within 500 yards of my house. I want history. Proper, ancient history too, none of that poofy medieval stuff.

| There was civilisation on the site of Rhodes Town during the Hellenic period, and the Romans also occupied it. There's a museum in the Old Town which covers it's history.
There's also the Acropolis of Rhodes, with a reconstructed chariot stadium. You can take a day trip to Lindos, and see the Acropolis there and also the castle.
If all you want is to see ancient historical sites then I suspect there are better places in Greece than Rhodes.
All of it pales in comparison to the Castle of the Knights of St John... in terms of beauty at least.

Or if you want islands in the sun go to Capri (and Anacapri village preferably since it's not as infested with tourists as the Capri village). It's double, maybe triple awesome
