Had a fb chicken schnitzel, cheese, avocado and seeded mustard on light rye the other day.

Bacon and egg on a nice white roll, with tomato/BBQ sauce and lettuce works a treat as a weekend lunch snack....make sure the egg is runny...........

one of the best sandwiches i ever had was the one my mum made me on my first day of work.
spinach, wild rocket, gammon ham, slices of red pepper and scotch bonnet sauce, with mayo as a bread covering.
she won't make me butties anymore because she says i'm too old.  | |
