I bought Doctor Who series one last week from an eBay seller, when the goods arrived they look counterfeit (colouring, no barcode). I contacted the seller and had no response, contacted him earlier and got a refund within 10 minutes.

The seller wants me to send the dvd back, which I dont think I should do as its counterfeit and he is still selling the same set plus other TV boxsets.

Anyone had experience of this? I guess I should report him to eBay aswell for the dodgy goods.

huh, thats what EBay is about isnt it, I bought the entire Buffy series ( 7 box-sets, worth £150 ) for £50.
