I tried it. It's just some mediaplayer which let you connect to different online radiostations. The search-function by theme/musicstyle is nice, but that's it. But that part is perfectly legal.

The 'free music'-stuff is promoted because you can record the radiofragments. Because the most tracks on the stations have ID-tags, you can save them as seperate mp3's.
But I doubt this is really legal because then you own copyrighted songs without paying copyright.
