I think there is a difference between asking everyone to fiddle around for ID. And quickly muttering "are you over 21?". And the customer can just nod.

It is like going to Mcdonalds and they always offer you fries. It is not big deal. It is company policy.

IF your gonna take an overdose, then not being able to buy the tablets in bulk isnt going to stop you for long.

Especially as you can just walk back in the shop and buy more anyway
