Sherator is an old 5 star hotel. quite famous in 80s. the location is fab but the hotel itself is probably a bit dated now. Still there is one advantage of staying in older hotel in hong kong, which is the rooms are bigger than the newly built ones.
Park Lane is decent. Never stay there personally though.
Park Lane is round the corner from Excelsior. Decent enough 4-star.
Sheraton is in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. It has been renovated quite recently so it should be good. It is definitely the nicest hotel out of the ones mentioned.
