Old Skool Retro Gaming Thread, In Association With DOSBox
I stumbled upon DOSBox a while back, and have since then been retro gaming like there's no tomorrow. You could say making up for lost time, but all the recent-ish games I've bought don't really seem to have kept their appeal tbh, think the latest one was Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars.
I've also browsed through some old posts in here, but where's the retro thread archive? I've created this thread to list some retro websites from my bookmarks, so hopefully you can dig out some retro classics and get stuck into them again. Here's a few I've got back into lately:-

The Settlers

Flashback

Another World

Syndicate

The Secret Of Monkey Island

Beneath A Steel Sky

Cannon Fodder

Cannon Fodder 2

Golden Axe

Civilization

Civilization 2

Hidden & Dangerous Deluxe

Here's some links to get ball rolling, but you'll notice that each website has its own links to loads more websites and retro archives, as well as the latest versions of DOSBox:

tried to get constructor to work with Dosbox but it wouldn't play. Might be something to do with the confusing settings.(were computers really that labourious back then?)
