Is it possible to install a device to every USB port including a USB hub connected to the PC?

I have headphones which install automatically when you plug it in any port.

However i also have camera device which is used for stop-gap animation which needs the drivers pointed at for every port (twice for every port, one for camera, one for mic).

It's more than likely going to be used on the hub and not the machine ports but i'd like to install it for all of them otherwise the users who plug it in won't have permission to install the drivers. Which means i'll have to install it twice on over 60 PCs potentially.

This would help for various other devices too.

No one?! Been a nightmare searching google for a similar problem. Closest i found was someone trying to write a program that did it.
