Hello, the other day I got sent a P45, the name and address on the envelope was mine, but the p45 inside was for somebody else.

I can therefore presume that my P45 is with someone else.

I have sent e-mails to the company and it's been 2 weeks and have not heard a word from them about it.

What can I do, firstly is there data protection issues that I can use against them etc.

phone the companies hr department. and maybe phone the inland revenue.

Email is so rubbish if you want something sorted out. Just telephone them ffs.
