Watching them demolish Derby on Saturday was sheer pleasure. Some scintillating football. And I say that as a Wolves fan, so I barely recognise it, tbf.
They do seem to be doing very well out of the "bye bye Thierry" factor. We shall learn a bit more when they play some of the other big teams, but for now the sun is shining, the combines are out reaping the hay, the lark is on the wing and Arsene is whistling a happy tune. It may be that the expectation level was a little lower; I don't know.
I agree with whoever said they need to win a trophy to make it a seriously good season, though
imo that would need to be either the
Prem or the CL.
