It'll pass, but I'd skip football tomorrow if I were you.
I used to suffer from this, but I was reassured by the fact that the pain wasn't actually in my heart but just the area down and to the side a little.
There's probably simple reason for it; muscle strain or something daft like that, so you should just ca' canny for a few days until it subsides.
Can be a bit worrying though!
