Nuts. Go for the nuts. As soon as you get him on the ground start kicking his head in.
I'm assuming here that you don't really want to have faught or even started whatever ended up in this "arranged fight".
Kick him in the nuts, as hard as you can, then boot the head and I doubt anyone will want to try that again.
