Anyone had people look round their flat whilst they were out?
This is supposed to be happening to me tomorrow. I'll be at work and obviously it's in the tenancy agreement and the letting agent will be with them, but I'm not feeling it. Tell me other people have had it and it was fine.

I once lived in a bungalow, they ended up towing it down the road while I was out. Couldn't believe it when I got home, I mean had I not seen the trail of....
But seriously I know my Grandma had hers checked out when she was at work. I always thought you were covered if anything happened.

When we were looking for our house we visit a house without the owners being there. Got there, met the estate agent and from outside it didnt look to bad. However inside OMG! They obv forgot we were coming because it reeked of fags, empty pizza boxes and beer cans everywhere! Ok so its just a case of cleaning it up but i wanted to get out of there right there and then! Even the estate agent had a hard time flogging it.
Not sure i would be happy with a viewing when i was in tbh
