The service itself is very good but they have awful customer service.
They didn't absolutely nothing about my connection problems for months other than take me through the same old tests. In the end I managed to fix it myself by getting a new router.

WHS, pretty much word for word.
I bought a new laptop, and when I tried to connect it wirelessly it wouldn't, and for some reason it knocked my desktop offline that had been working for a year too. Rang Orange, they said I needed to return to my laptop vendor for help (I bought it second hand off E-Bay ffs, and Orange claim to support customers using Centrino wireless to connect to the internet).
When I pointed out that it was nothing wrong with the laptop, as I managed to get it to connect fine for 1 day when I took off the WEP security and that now my desktop wouldn't work either even though it was fine for the last 12 months, they told me that they couldn't talk about the desktop as I was connecting wirelessly via a 3rd party USB dongle and not through anything I'd bought through them. Again, they referred me to my laptop vendor for a resolution.
Managed to sort it because a mate of mine used to work for Orange broadband technical support (Should have spoken to him in the first place, but he's not had that role for a while so I incorrectly thought it best to speak to those with current knowledge) and he told me exactly what to do. Was fixed within about 2 minutes.
