The service itself is very good but they have awful customer service.
They didn't absolutely nothing about my connection problems for months other than take me through the same old tests. In the end I managed to fix it myself by getting a new router.
| its terrible. was without internet for 2 months from July after they ballsed up. took them 2 months to check our phone line about 100 times. cancelled and moved to sky.

Nildram, about £22 on their 2mb service but I seem to get 3mb. Was told the cap limit is 50gb per month but I get 100gb, unlimited off peak. They're great, but switching to bethere's 24mb service next month

AOL is seving me well at the moment, touch wood! I had a few problems but all ISP have problems every now and then. I recently upgraded too and have wireless so its all good! And the good thing now is that you dont have to use AOL software! Because its wireless..im connected all the time so i login, start firefox and im on my way. A few processes run that are AOL but nothing major. It might be worth a try to ring them and see what they can do.

Virgin Media. Been with them since November last year, when they were NTL, and not had a single day's outage since. Can't complain about that, really. Occasionally can be a bit slow.

BT is good with me.
Never really had problems with the homehub.
Only time was when they resetted the system and internet was down for a day. But just restarting the homehub clears everything.
In fact resetting the homehub clears most of my minor problems.

I am with Plusnet i ain't been happy since they got hacked get bombed with spam emails i called up 2 months ago for my mac code and still nothing, i would say it is hit and miss customer service wise. When i upgrade to 8mb on their website it never happened i post a message on the forum on plusnet and some person sorted it out in 10 seconds.
