The service itself is very good but they have awful customer service.

They didn't absolutely nothing about my connection problems for months other than take me through the same old tests. In the end I managed to fix it myself by getting a new router.

If cable is available then NTL/Telewest/Virgin can't be beaten from a speed point of view. Reliability is good too.

Don't touch them with a 10 foot pole for ADSL though. Bad experiences for my brother - including a 4 month \0/\0/\0/ outage during which they failed to reply to emails, phone calls & letters

I ditched the software not long back but I think it's totally scandalous the price I'm paying - I ring up (on a premium rate phoneline) and they are quite aggressive when I try to cancel...I'm just sick.
