Right, so today, I've been getting sharp pains in my chest all day, even more when I laugh/breath deep. I also walked up some stairs (about 10 at max) and my heart was beating alot quicker than normal. Also been feeling dizzy and sick as well for most of the day (gone off now).

Anyone think I should go to hospital? Not sure what to do. I don't want to make a fuss about it and it's nothing.

I'd say you should definitely either go to hospital or call your local out of hours doctor service, whatever it's called.

But yeh, something you should really check on?

obviously go and get yourself checked out if you're worried, worst thing you could do is try and self-diagnose via the internet, trust me. you'll end up thinking you have all sorts of illnesses or conditions when in all likelihood it'll be nothing.

More a burning sensation, near the heart, I'd say.
