I had this a while back, one night was ****ing awful, really thought I was having a heary attack, felt I couldnt breath at all, went up the hospital and they did all the tests all good.

Kept happening though so saw various quacks and finally got diagnosed with an ulcerated stomach due to acid reflux. On tablets now, still comes and goes if I eat **** foot or drink to much booze.

On the plus side during the investigations I had a camera shoved up my arse.

Could be anything, anxiety, blood pressure, pulled muscle, a virus, etc.

Just get some rest, have a healthy diet for a few days, that can make almost anything better.

However, if you're worrying/stressing and then the pains start, it's possibly a panic attack caused by anxiety, docs can give you some pretty nice pills that take all the pain away relatively quickly if it's that. I believe it's the same pills they give some angina sufferers.

I've suffered them while not in a good state, but I've also suffered them while bored at college and also while walking home. It's just a sign your blood pressure could be too high. That relates back to diet, your natural levels, etc.

I believe it's more of a GP thing than a hospital thing, plus hospitals have terribly long waits.

Seem to be okay today, apart from when walking. Eased off in the afternoon though

Have felt sick all day but that seems to have gone away. Just had something to eat, Will see how I go.
