How can I set something to use just one core without running the program first?
I want to set an old program to use just one core of my CPU, but if I run it and then alt-tab it will crash - and as the task manager doesn't remember my settings for the next time I run the program, that doesn't help much even if I am quick to set it up. How do I get around this?
