watching the press conference on SSN. Grant reminds me of a fat Christian Gross in looks slightly but also mannerisms and what he says

Grant basically a puppet manager judging by this conference - how many other managerial appointment press conferences end up with the chairman and chief exec answering 90% of the questions, with Grant mumbling something now and again.

Chelsea heirachy basically a shambles atm - too many people involved.

He just looks gormless staring into space - I wouldnt want to be in Grants situations now it looks like a no-win atm.

Most of the questions are being aimed at Kenyon and Buck re:Jose tbf, hardly appropriate for Grant to be answering them.

They jumped in a couple of times when Grant was asked about his relationship with Jose and if he had anything to do with him leaving. I just get the feeling there are too many people there wanting to make decisions, and any manager there will not get the freedom he needs to be succesful. Only way Chelsea will go from now is backwards.
