Grant basically a puppet manager judging by this conference - how many other managerial appointment press conferences end up with the chairman and chief exec answering 90% of the questions, with Grant mumbling something now and again.

Most of the questions are being aimed at Kenyon and Buck re:Jose tbf, hardly appropriate for Grant to be answering them.
