I just got some cash and senitmental photographs and everything...until my rather rich uncle pulled out an 80gb iPod for me.

The thing is, my parents had promised to put some money towards a car, but after my uncle got me that, I think they figured they had to get me more than that...so they ended up paying $1000 for the whole car. That was cool.

Until a week later when I was talking to an older guy at work who was telling me that when he was younger, his parents gave him $5000 to go on a holiday.
