i want to buy something to play my vinyl stuff on actually. bought a ladytron remixes 12" the other day, think i have a few of the tracks anyway but still, utterly pointless atm, doesn't even have nice artwork or anything, which is my usual reason for wasting a quid or two on something i cannot use.

anyone know owt about the value of old records? Post #12
Was discussing at work the other day. We have a U2 golden record, the War album, on display that my grandad bought at a charity auction. As he is dead I cant ask him how much he paid for it but everyone who's worked with us for any significant lenght of time has an opinion, it ranges from 5k-15k.
We also have a picture of Bono giving the record to my grandad, so how much do you think it would be worth?

I've got one of the Australian pressings of Morrissey's Viva Hate where it's been mistitled 'Education In Reverse'. Anyone know what that could potentially be worth, not that I'm that interested in selling it?

OK, so I've got an early T Rex LP signed by Bolan, Steve Took AND Mickey Finn. Any ideas? Plus:
All four Tyrannosaurus Rex LPs on Regal Zonophone
The entire selection of original singles versions of Two Tribes on ZTT
7" of Blackjack, by Big Carrot
I Can Hear Music by Larry Lurex
Original gatefold version of Beggars Banquet
First issue of Led Zep I.
