Stupid monkeys. I'm sure there are much easier ways of getting the crap out of parrots. I've always found letting it stand on your knee to be an almost flawless way of doing it, for example.

beulahland is about 5 blocks away from one of my old apartments where I lived from 97-99. just on the other side of the street is the laurelthirst, where malkmus and pete krebs (of hazel and several collaborations with smith) used to hold court and jam.
beulahland also gets taken over at times by militant bulldykes and neo-nazi straight edgers. you'd love it.
