btw, I am shocked that none of those complaints about Atlanta mention the fact there are about 50 ****ing Peachtree Streets all over the place

San Francisco is within an hour and a half's drive of decent beaches, tbh. (And 'the beach' is severely overrated, at any rate.) All this doesnae matter, though, as I'll be priced out of San Francisco for at least the next ten years. Redding ftw.
